Following your initial new build snagging inspection survey, we want to ensure that we see the resolution of any defects found in your property through to resolution. This is why we offer a follow up new home inspection to ensure that the defects we identified during our initial snagging inspection have been rectified.

Having a new build inspection follow up is important to ensure these issues have been rectified by your builder correctly and to the required standard. All too often we see that builders are not completing these works to a satisfactory standard, which is why it is vital to have a re-inspection.
Following our re-inspection, we will re-issue an updated report within 24 hours identifying the defects that have or have not been completed, which can be reissued to your builder. We will provide you with printed and digital copies and we are on hand over the phone or via email to answer any questions you may have.
