The ideal candidate should have several years’ experience in house building/site management and who have a good understanding of Current Building Regulations, Warranty providers standards (NHBC, LABC & Premier Guarantee).
The role is suitable for experienced Site managers who are looking for a new challenge or Warranty providers inspectors · Retired or semi-retired, who meet the criteria.
The minimum requirements applicants should have before applying are:
- 10+ years of residential house building site management experience with NVQ level 6 or higher. Or
- CIOB/MCIOB/BSc/MSc/SAVA level 6 in Building surveying qualifications
- Up-to date working knowledge of Building Regulations, Warranty providers technical standards etc.
- Own transport
- Willingness to travel (UK driving license)
- Flexibility
- Computer literate
- Ability to create a comprehensive snag list
- Your own phone or Tablet
- Excellent Communication & Customer skills
- Ability to work unsupervised.
