How fantastic to not only be nominated but to find out you have won an award for Customer Service Excellence.
Since starting the business in April 2018, my aim has been to provide the best service I can to my customers. It is important to me to build a relationship, communicating with my customers from our first initial contact to long after I have snagged their new home, this is all part of our journey together.
Being available to answer emails and phone calls, giving my customers helpful advice and support gives me a sense of pride and peace of mind for my customers that I am available for them.
This award is testament to my continuing commitment in achieving excellent customer service.
