The Report

LOCATION 1 9 MONTAGUE CLOSE GLUSBURN BD20 8F

Assigned to Identification

The house has been completed to a reasonable standard, more attention to detail would have eliminated the majority of issues. The rear garden area is of concern, whilst appreciating that the newly laid turf has been extensively watered, it is impossible to walk on the turf without sinking into it. This would suggest either too much topsoil has been placed or the garden could require land drainage. This needs monitoring before a solution can be agreed upon.
Throughout the house there are areas of mould showing on the skirting boards, this would indicate excess moisture within the house.
